Weight watchers starts tomorrow. Therefore, I had a greasy bacon cheddar cheeseburger, french fries, hushpuppies and a Dr. Pepper from Cookout for dinner tonight. So delicious!

I rarely use flash on my camera because it always washes people out so much, but I used it tonight, and the only benefit I can see  from using it is that you can actually see some of Charley's fuzzy head! She isn't completely a baldie!

Charley had her pictures made today and I am in LOVE with her outfit. This is clearly not one of the pictures she had taken today, but just one I took at my parent's house afterwards. She later tried to eat that daffodil.

I went to IKEA today with Charley, my 2 sisters, my mom and my two cutie pie nieces. They look like miniature teenagers now and I want them to stop growing up so fast this instant! Hmph!

We took Charley's new Jumperoo outside today to enjoy some of the nice weather we've been having. She loved being outside!

Some days you have so many pictures to choose from it's hard to pick just one. And then there are days like today, where I have to choose from 6 fuzzy iPhone (front facing camera) pictures of me and Reese. Oh well.

In the evenings after we put Charley to bed, he soaks up as much attention as he can get.

John has a sinus infection and slept all evening. Charley has a Mommy addiction and wanted to be held all night. I had a long list of stuff I wanted/needed to do, so I broke out the ol' trusty Moby. I hadn't tried it out with a forward facing Charley yet but I did tonight and she loved it! Her feet didn't stop kicking the whole time she was in it. I may have to use this at IKEA this weekend!

Charley's favorite thing these days is just to play on a blanket on the floor with all of her favorite toys around her. She likes it even better when Daddy joins her!

I stayed home with my sick baby today, and only managed to take a few iPhone pictures. But a sick baby is a needy baby, and that doesn't leave me much time to pick up my real camera. She's adorable anyways, even though you can look at her and see she doesn't feel her best!

Charley has her first cold, so tonight I had to go out and buy her a humidifier to help her to feel better. I thought a penguin humidifier would make her feel even better.

I went to the cupcake shop that is about a half a mile from my house tonight (dangerous!). I got two cupcakes; one peanut butter, one red velvet. I intended on eating just one tonight and saving the other for later. And I successfully did that, if by later I meant 5 minutes later.

We celebrated my brother-in-law's 40-something-th birthday tonight with my family. His poor old lungs...it took him three blows to get all of his candles blown out!

Even though he's never been scolded or told no, Tuna has never set foot on Charley's play mat. He always lays right off of the edge of it. Maybe he's not so dumb after all. I especially am grateful as his feet go in the litter box, and her mouth goes all over that play mat. Crisis averted!

Charley "watched" her first Super Bowl today. She cheered on the Giants (since the Panthers weren't in it) as they beat the Patriots!

When we take Charley's monthly bear and blanket pictures, John is usually right off to the side of the picture (but out of the actual picture) to catch her if she starts to wobble over, or, to try to pry a smile out of her. But, there is also someone else that is ALWAYS in the room while we take them, and about 50% of the time he winds up in the picture too.

Since we are not going to feed Charley cereal for a while longer, we really didn't have much of a use for the high chair for now. But, Charley actually loves to sit up in it and play while we cook or clean in the kitchen so that's how we are using it for now.
