I'm a member of a local Buy/Sell/Trade/Free board, and a lady posted today that she had girl's 6-9 month spring/summer clothes for sale for $1 an outfit. I didn't know what to expect, but when I got there, I quickly realized what a great deal it was! ALL of her clothes were expensive (I'm know some of the dresses cost more than $30 alone), name brand clothes with not a stain on them. I spent $30 and got 30 outfits! Yay!

Charley tried rice cereal for the first time today. I don't think she was quite ready yet, so we're going to try again in a couple weeks.

Sometimes when I get ready, I put Charley in her little seat up on the bathroom counter. Today I put a little vanity mirror in front of her (even though there is a very large mirror behind it) and she was pretty smitten with the cute baby staring back at her!

I bought these pansies at the beginning of December to replace the dead mums in the pots on either side of the front door. But, nearly two months later the pansies still sit in their little plastic container while dead mums flank my door. But hey, at least the pansies haven't died yet!

It's going to be quite different for children born in today's world with information at our fingertips and the constant desire to be doing something. John and I are trying really hard to not always have a phone in our faces in Charley's presence, but, it happens sometimes and she's definitely taken notice of the shiny lit up contraption in our hands!

I'm posting this one day late, so if you've already seen the video I posted today then this is old news. But, yesterday Charley was SO close to finally rolling over, but she never could get her arm out from underneath her. She did this about 1,000 times, but never quite got it so I don't think it counted as her rolling over!

This is not the greatest picture, but it cracks me up. Tuna got a bath today and after he had dried off a bit, John gave him a good brushing. He was way overdue for a bath/brush so he had a few big mats. Apparently John was in the midst of getting one of those mats out at this exact moment, and Tuna was voicing his displeasure about it too!

Each morning I watch as John carries Charley, her diaper bag, and his lunch box out to his truck. There's something very manly about a man that has no shame in carrying around a brown and pink flowery Petunia Pickle Bottom diaper bag.

My little piggy started wanting more, more, and more milk. So starting today, I am now taking these supplements to help me produce more milk to keep up. Apparently, they make your sweat smell like syrup, and who doesn't love walking around smelling like a stack of pancakes?
